What makes the collection unique is the use of regenerated leather from industrial waste from high fashion. These wastes are carefully selected, chopped and pulverized, and then treated with natural glues and dyes in a process that respects the environment. Chestnut flour for coloring and latex extracted from rubber plants for softness combine with water, salts and natural fats to create a completely non-toxic, flexible and resistant material. The unusual raw material comes to life thanks to the skilled hands of Italian artisans who have accepted the challenge of working with an innovative material. The o-Re-gami collection includes four main creations:
Lampshade and Mobile Lamp: Lampshades that play with light through clever folds. Available with a red interior and a natural leather exterior.
Cup and Paper Basket: A versatile storage unit and an elegant wastepaper basket available in beige, dove grey and red. The Paper Basket, with a removable bottom and side opening, can be easily stored when not in use.
