The Paolo Mascagni award, now in its seventh edition, is a recognition established by Confindustria Emilia Area Centro in collaboration with il Resto del Carlino, in memory of the entrepreneur Paolo Mascagni, who died in 2011 and a passionate and convinced witness to the role of industry in the development of the territory. The award is dedicated to "companies that grow" and wants to enhance and make known those companies that continue to grow in spite of the crisis by increasing their turnover, investing in research and innovation projects, conquering spaces on new markets.
