Rubber

Material

The Sportflex sports mix consists of rubber, paraffin, kaolins, vulcanising agents, colouring oxides and stabilisers. 35-40% of the total weight of the rubber is recycled, obtained from previous in-house manufacturing surpluses.

All the raw materials used in the manufacture of Sportflex are classified non-toxic or not hazardous to health under current European regulations and also comply with the most demanding environmental certification requirements such as those in Germany.

Process

The producer controls the composition of the finished article and does not use rubber powder, which is normally sourced from external providers. This means that a proportion of recycled material is included in the mix and gives him full control over the contents, which cannot be contaminated by materials that are pollutants or health hazards.
