ADI Museum "Extreme Present" - A dialogue between design and sustainability
We are pleased to announce that the Re-Flag backpack by Regenesi has been selected for the "Extreme Present" exhibition at ADI Museum in Milan, an institution that represents the excellence of Italian Design in the world. The exhibition, curated by Francesca Grassi and Dominiziana Bani in collaboration with Fondazione Bonotto, stands out as an innovative experiment that explores the connections between design, sustainability and contemporary society.
#ExtremePresent is configured as a "meta exhibition" that invites visitors on a journey through seven fundamental themes: Tents, Domes, Nomad Living, Energy, Water, Food and Waste. In this context, where iconic objects dialogue with contemporary installations, the Re-Flag backpack fits in as an example of how aesthetic research can naturally integrate with the principles of eco-design, demonstrating that sustainable fashion does not require compromises in terms of design.
The installation, designed to stimulate active reflection on the relationship between design and sustainability, creates a space for dialogue where past, present and future meet. The presence of Regenesi in this prestigious context testifies how the search for new aesthetic forms is fundamental to integrate the principles of the circular economy into contemporary design, helping to define a new language where beauty and environmental responsibility coexist naturally.
